Hi there, I didn't know if this was the right place to post this or not. But I've been having some issues trying to log back in to my account after doing a cookie clean on my laptop. I've tried every password I can think of and nothing. I've filled out the lost password form about six times already and I haven't received any emails. I checked my junk folder and nothing has ended up in there either.

I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me.

hi love! sorry you're having this problem =/ first, lets make sure you're using the right email! we have as the email on file. if that's an email that no longer works, you can just shoot me a new email and i can fill that in for you and it SHOULD send you a password reset to the new email you use!

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me on this so quickly.

That is the right email for the account and it should still be active as I use it for my Amazon and other things. But my main email is so it would be easier to change it over to that.

its been done, so lmk if you get a password reset! make sure to check your spam folders and stuff too, sometimes it goes through there.
